Fast and reliable product delivery plays an intricate role within our business. Depending on the urgency of your order and where you are located, directly affects which freight service we will employ to deliver your products.

Our priority is to provide you with a personalized service and to ensure you receive your order promptly and in perfect condition. If you are within 25km of our office, we endeavor to personally deliver your order within the same business day.

If you reside outside of the Greater Brisbane Region or we have other delivery commitments, we employ the services of Australia Post or Couriers Please. All orders sent via external freight organizations are given tracking numbers and must be accepted and signed for on delivery by a company representative to eliminate theft and confusion.

If your order is time sensitive and you are located outside of the same day or next day delivery zone please let us know and we will organize a guaranteed next day delivery service to ensure your project can continue on schedule.
